  • How do I place an order? Can I order online?

    To order call (503) 802-9292, Monday - Saturday, 8AM to 6PM PST. Currently we don't offer an ecommerce option (it's in the works). Please call to speak with an experienced gardener about planning the perfect garden.

  • Where are you located?  Are there any stores where I can buy your products?

    Our manufacturing division is located in the small town of Talent, Oregon, with offices Ashland and Portland. Currently our products are only available online and shipped free of charge anywhere in the contiguous United States. Local pick up and delivery options are also available, please call for more information.

  • How long does delivery take? Is shipping really free?

    Shipping is free to the contiguous United States for any size order. Most orders ship within 72 hours, Monday through Friday, and are delivered by FedEx Ground in 2-5 business days. Larger orders are sent by palletized freight and usually arrive in 5-7 days. Shipment times may vary according to the size of the order and the season.

  • Do you ship to Alaska and Hawaii?

    Yes, we can ship to Alaska and Hawaii. Added shipping charges apply. Please call (503) 802-9292 for more information.

  • Do you offer volume discounts?

    Yes. Volume discounts are available for larger orders. Special discounts are also available for schools and nonprofits. Please give us a call at (503) 802-9290 for a quote on your next garden project .

  • What is your return policy?

    If you are not satisfied for any reason, you may return the item within 30 days for a full refund. Damaged or defective parts will be replaced promptly at no additional charge. If you have questions about your order, please call customer service at (503) 802-9291.

I recently purchased a raised cedar bed from Naturalyards and I am delighted with my purchase. The bed required assembly, but no tools were needed. I put together a 4x6 foot 16.5 inch deep bed in about 10 minutes. It took me longer to get the pieces out of the boxes than it did to assemble them. Things I particularly like about this vendor are: 1) that they have different grades of wood; 2) that the price includes shipping; 3) the speed with which the bed was delivered; and 4) the very nice people that I dealt with when ordering. I highly recommend this vendor.

I put together the bed this past week with my 10-year-old son.  It was so simple, I pretty much told him what to do and he did it on his own.  Our neighbor came by last night and she LOVES it!  She didn't believe me when I told her it took longer to till up the ground under it than it did to put it together.  We've put in the dirt and the veggies, and I just can't wait to see how we do this year.  This saved me so much time and effort!  Thank you for this wonderful product!!!  I'll be sure to pass on the website address to anyone who asks!

I purchased some raised bed planters last March. When they arrived, I thought, "Nancy, what were you thinking?!";  I am a brown-thumbed lawyer with no time to tend a garden, and wasn't really sure I would be able to set the darned things up.  Well, I set the beds up in about 20 minutes (all three)! I have to admit, I only have one filled and planted, but I have raised a cherry tomato plant that is over six foot tall and nearly as wide as well as some bell peppers and a zucchini plant that are producing.  It has been a very fun project for me.  I may only get one bed up and operating per year, but at my age the years are zooming by anyway, so they'll all be up and running before I know it, right?
